Dear Patients, Families, & Caregivers of BCM,

As you are aware, things have been changing by the day during these unprecedented times. In response to the COVID-19 status, we have transitioned our clinical care visits to telemedicine using Zoom or phone calls for follow up care. We are a healthcare facility, so we will remain open either remotely or in clinic dependent upon the needs of the patient. Some of our staff are working remotely. If you do not reach someone at the front desk, please leave a voicemail and we will return your call promptly. If we are working remotely, we are checking voicemails routinely throughout the day Monday-Friday. If this is an urgent matter and you are unable to contact the front desk or it's over the weekend, please contact our clinical director, Dr. Paul Solomon at 413-281-0577 or our research manager, Paula Levin at 802-733-5770. For in clinic visits, we are continuing all safety precautions. Our office building has also taken additional precautions for cleaning and disinfecting.

We are thinking about our patients and families and hope that you are safe and well. Please don't hesitate to reach out to us if you have any questions or concerns in regards to your clinical care, study visits, or otherwise.
