Boston Center for Memory is actively seeking a psychometrician to join our practice. This position will provide an opportunity to work as part of a multi-disciplinary treatment and research team.
Primary responsibilities for this position include performing diagnostic and follow up neuropsychological assessments of patients with Alzheimer’s disease and related dementias in clinical practice and assessments used as outcome measures in clinical research.
There is also the opportunity to conduct independent research on various aspects of diagnosis and treatment of Alzheimer’s disease that may result in authorship on papers and presentations. This is a great opportunity for a someone looking to establish a career in research, neuroscience, psychology, medicine or related fields to contribute to the fight against Alzheimer’s disease and other related dementias.
Newly trained as well as experienced candidates will be considered. Full time or part-time (4 days per week) will be considered. A competitive compensation and benefits package is available for all qualified candidates. Extensive training will be provided, but prior experience in psychometrics is preferred. Master's or Bachelor's degree in Psychology or Neuroscience is preferred.
