Paula D. Levin, NREMT
Clinical Research Manager
Paula is the Clinical Research Manager at Boston Center for Memory (BCM). She manages the operations of the clinical research program including supervision and mentoring the clinical research coordinators, laboratory coordinator, and research associates. Paula is a licensed nationally registered emergency medical technician.
Paula obtained her certification in clinical research coordination (CCRC) through the Association of Clinical Research Professionals (ACRP) in 1998 and has coordinated over 100+ clinical research trials in Alzheimer's disease and related dementias, neurological disorders, and various psychological disorders.
Prior to joining BCM, Paula worked as the Clinical Research Manager and coordinator under the direction of Dr. Paul Solomon at The Memory Clinic / Clinical Neurosciences Research Associates in Bennington, VT (a clinic Dr. Solomon founded in 1987). They worked together on more than 50 protocols in pharmacotherapy for Alzheimer's disease. In addition to this role, she worked at the Bennington Rescue Squad as a Nationally Registered Emergency Medical Technician (NREMT) and was a member of the Board of Directors for Bennington Rescue.
Prior to her management career in research, she worked as a certified clinical research coordinator and staff educator at Upstate Clinical Research in Albany, NY.
Paula has dedicated her career to investigating newer medications and diagnostics in Alzheimer's disease and
related dementias since 1995.
