Wendy Lin is a Nurse Practitioner (NP) at Boston Center for Memory (BCM). She is a certified and licensed Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) with a registered nursing background. Prior to her role at BCM, Wendy worked as a Nurse Practitioner in Adult Internal Medicine at Massachusetts General Hospital (MGH) in Chelsea, and in Occupational Health at multiple Raytheon and Intel Corporation sites throughout MA and TX. Her previous registered nursing experiences span settings in occupational health, medical-surgical oncology, continuing care retirement community (CCRC) wellness, and camp nursing.
From volunteering with veterans at Edith Nourse Rogers Memorial VA Hospital in high school to working in nursing roles at MGH, Emerson Hospital, and Newbury Court, she grew more aware and empathetic of the need for better Alzheimer’s care and education.
Wendy earned her Master’s degree in the FNP track from the School of Nursing at University of Texas at Austin, and her Bachelor’s degree from the School of Nursing at University of Massachusetts Amherst. While at UT Austin, Wendy dedicated her graduate research poster to Alzheimer’s screening recommendations for providers & researchers. Her research poster was accepted and presented at St. David's Medical Center's 17th Annual Conference and University of Texas Austin Center for Health IPE's Showcase.
