Dr. Meena J. Huh, PharmD, CRC I
Clinical Research Coordinator
Dr. Meena Huh serves as a Clinical Research Coordinator at Boston Center for Memory (BCM). In her role, she oversees and manages Phase II and Phase III clinical trials investigating pharmacotherapy (predominantly symptomatic and disease modifying treatments) for individuals with Mild Cognitive Impairment (MCI) and mild to moderate stage Alzheimer's disease (AD).
Dr. Huh received her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Northeastern University. During her pursuit of the degree, she worked in many different clinical and retail pharmacy settings: Veterans Affairs Hospital, Brigham and Women’s Hospital, Cambridge Health Alliance, Harbor Health Services, and Stop N Shop Pharmacy. Through her work experience in pharmacies, she found her passion in helping patients.
Dr. Huh also has experience in the pharmaceutical industry in several international locations - Cambridge, Shanghai, and Seoul. Upon graduation, she worked as a Project Manager in UNITES Inc., a regulatory consulting company. She was most involved with a project for pediatric rare disease called Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy, a progressive muscle wasting genetic disease that first manifests around age 4.
At BCM, she seeks to learn more about clinical trial coordination and gain more research experience in hopes of learning more about neurodegenerative diseases and making a contribution in discovering new treatments for MCI and AD.
